Damn, it was bad enough when he was alive, but now he's ripping things off from beyond the grave?
No actually the dragon is quite a common symbol. It belongs to cheesy Hong Kong action movies and the martial arts world just as much as it belongs to MK.

The dragon is in a way like the yin and yang symbol. Nobody can own it...I think. I'm pretty sure Midway doesn't have rights on that anyway.
EDIT: The symbol was around before MK was released i believe.

Well the two embles are diffrent in some ways like the mouth on MK's emblem is more open and the Mk's dragon has little spikes on the spine unlike the one o bruce lee's site

Also I'm not sure MK would WANT to sue Bruce Lee's official Website. After all they are using the style of Martial Arts he created in their game, Jeet Kune Do.
