I was walking around NYC and a Monster truck drove by and hot chicks were in the back and they threw a can of Monster at me so I tried it. I've enjoyed them ever since. I normally drink water for energy when I'm tired, but when I'm out an about I'll chase Absolut with Monster. It's great.

I've only had the green monster drink, and it was fucking delicious. It made red bull taste like shit.

I used to drink them all the time before my football games. I wouldn't say they are delicious but they do taste better than red bull. I like the new coffee monsters. But if you want energy and not a from a huge can I would go with 5 hour energy. Works for me until my body builds up a tolerance for it. Starts working within 30 minutes and keeps working for longer than most energy drinks

Never been a fan of Energy drinks but I take BSN NO2 X-Plode before I go to the gym and it perks me up quite alot, horrible taste though.

I like the orange can Monster. It has juice in it and it's friggin yummy.

Weird. I had one for the first time last night. I prefer Rip It. And it's cheaper. And doesn't leave my mouth as dry.

I drank 6 of them at a friends house once and I puked. But it was fun as fuck. I love em', go ahead and try it.

They're okay I guess. I usually don't drink energy drinks but when I do, I prefer Monster.

I'm a Red Bull guy so I'm not really a fan of Monster. About the only Monsters I like are their Nitrous ones. Those taste amazing.

Personally, I prefer Rockstar energy drinks to monster. Monster kinda has a bad aftertaste.

I've had Monster energy drinks before. They have somewhat of an appealing taste to them, but I don't drink energy drinks anymore. It's best to just stay away from them altogether.

I'd say go green if you want to try one. They're pretty great.

I have tried them all. Rockstar black can is my favorite.

How can you hate Coca-Cola? I used to drink it outta my bottle when I was a baby. I buy a case of Mexican glass bottle cokes once a month. They taste better for some reason. I think it's because Mexicans use real sugar in their drinks. I also put peanuts in my coke. It's a southern thang I guess.

Y'know Zentile, I drunk a Monster and a Red Bull after that, and the Red Bull did indeed taste like shit.

Anyway, you wanted to know what is in it?
It's this ingredient in it called Taurine(Yes, I sometimes read stuff on cans and bags) and it makes your heart beat faster and drives your adrenaline glands and I heard that the hyperactiveness you gain from drinking energy drinks causes jerking and twiching and your body movements are pretty much uncontrollable.
If you are 0-15, dont drink it!!!!!

i dunno. i dont drink em and ive never tried drinking them.

i have a heart prob and am on medication for the past 10 years. ive been afraid to try them. not worth the stress and the risk. i always wondered what happens when you drink them. do you just feel alert? or does your heart race?

Java Monster and the Green ones are the best IMO. I drink them before work sometimes because when I keep taking 5 hour energy, my body just starts to absorb it or something lol.

don't take it before bed though. Do it in some off time just in case you get SUPER hyper or something.

The green ones taste great; kind of like apples only way sweeter. I try to limit myself on them; I try to keep it to one can per month if I'm able to since I don't want to know what those things will do to you if you drink them too much. Let me just give you this advice; once you have your first monster, you'll get more pumped then you ever were before, and you'll never want another Red Bull again.
