What would you guys think of a Mortal Kombat RPG that also doubled as a fighting game? Just came to me in a dream.

No, I mean you run into different ninjas and they all have special powers. The bosses would be all of the previous sub-bosses and bosses. You have HP and MP and stuff like that.

Not as much like that. I'd prefer it to be action-based, with beat-'em-up elements in it. But, it would also have massive boss fights and variating levels (e.g. running away from an overpowered foe, sneak into an enemy base, etc). I don't want MK Fantasy. That game (Final Fantasy, for those playing at home) is to restricting for its own good

I would love a MK RPG. So long as there is no turn based fighting but you would actually control your character(s) moves and attacks as if playing a fighting game. I have nothing against turned based (Hey I'm a BIG FF fan) but it just would suit MK.

I would love this. Like if your Scorpion or something walking through village of people and traders and all of a sudden, Reptile flies at you from behind a bush and then you fight him. And you can use weapons or throw your enemy into a wall and climb buildings, ect. Then after you kill your enemy, you take something from them to keep as a trophy. It would be the most kick-ass game.
