It can take less force excerted from the palm of your hand to crush a bottle to break someone's bone somewhere. First of all, the guy wasn't even having the slightest idea on how to FALL, the very first thing you should learn when picking up sports, martial arts etc.

Be very thankful, because that particular throw otherwise could render someone dead. Or a cripple. Fast. But perhaps a lifelong paralysis from the neck down, losing control of all of your limbs, bowel control, and loss of reproductive activities should have been more educational. Shouldn't it?

Well think about it! Think about it hard before you try to imitate an entertainment show in which this is done by trained experts and not by KEWL COLLEGE STUDENTS trying to be cool!
