Well I think it's a Christmas song.

I believe the song had a weird name, it doesn't have any vocals, it's a musical piece.

I remember seeing the name awhile back, but all I can remember is that it seemed Russian, like it either had Russian in it, or soviet, or Sputnik, I can't remember to save the life of me.

I think a variation of it can be found in the first banjo kazooie game during close to the entrance of freezeezy peak, and also in yoshis story or yoshis island during the winter themed levels.

I'm tryin to remember the way it went too, but right now all that is playing in my head is the banjo kazooie song.

I know this is not a lot of info to work with, I apologize for that, but I thought I'd ask anyways.

EDIT: after getting the banjo kazooie song out of my head, I've remembered a piece of the actual music. It's has bells/xylophones and has a real "tip-toe" feel to it. I'll try and write it out, I'll probably sound like a dumbass, but if it helps:
the bell part goes "dun-dun-dun dun, dun dun dun-dun-dun, dun-dun-dun dun dun", followed by what sounds like a clarinet playing "doo-dee-doo-dee-dooooo"
good lord I sound like an idiot -_-

Yeah, that's one of my favorite pieces of classical music.
Glad you figured it out!
