Need help with computer badly,please help.

My internet explorer as gotten rid of nearly all my toolbar,this happened when I used ctrl+alt+delete to take down a frozen program,the only line that is left in my tool bar is a search engine.I cannot type in an adress,press back,forward or ever stop,if anyone knows how to help it would be greatly appreciated.

go to ypur control pannel and click on internet options
it should be somewhere in there i thinl it is

Go to View, then Toolbars and check the ones you want.

If none of the above work, check to make sure that you dont have any Browser trojans or any other type of viruses, some can disable the features that your trying to use,run your virus checker if you have one also here's a link to CW Shredder that checks and removes any browser trojans you may have give, it a go.
