Well the previous Alien vs. Predator games were not all in the same Genre. There was one side crolling arcade game,two FPSs on the PC, as well as the real time strategy game on the consoles. Each gave a relatively different story and gameplay experience. If you want to complain about a franchise being used over and over again why the hell are you on an MK site considering MK has more games under its name than AVP. Anyway, can't say this particular rendition has caught my attention but the Predator game Predator: Concrete Jungle has definitely got me hyped up, you can find info on it in Gamespot if you're interested, I'm to lazy to paste the url.

Calm your ass down dont get so sensitive I asked a question I wasn't complaining. I musta hit a nerve or something. Just cuz I'm on the MK forums doesn't mean I play all the games. I only played MK, MK2, and Deadly Alliance.

That's probably fairly accurate. MPAA doesn't really frown on blood as long as it's not red. Which the predator's is neon green, and the alien's is well..... acid.

Although the humans don't play a huge role in the movie, I doubt many of them die as they are needed for story telling purposes.

No. You're forgetting what this movie is. Aliens Vs Predator is not some Summer flick anyone can just go see when they're bored. FANS, REAL FANS of the movies have WAITED YEARS for this movie to come out. I remember hearing rumors about an AVP movie in the works in 6th grade. Me and my friends would talk about how could it would be to see it actually happen. And now. Just about a WEEK before it comes out. A PG-13 label is slapped on it. SURE! Who doesn't want money? But FOX really fucked over FANS of the two series.

If and only if I plan to sneak it and see it I know I'll be sitting next to fucking teenage idiots who are too busy laughing at SHIT thats not supposed to be funny! "Oh DAMN! YO YOU SEE THAT ALIEN GET TOSSED IN DA AIR!! HOLLA!!" "YO DIS MOVIE IS OFF DA HIZOOK!!!!" While they fucking shine laser pointers on the screen because "DA PREDATOR GOT A PHAT LASER POINTER!!! SHIT BE 3 DOTS!!!!"

You know why they'll be sitting next to me? BECAUSE THEY CAN! These kids...Now they don't need they parents to see it. Its PG-13! LETS MAKE A FRIDAY NIGHT OUT OF IT!!

Ahh... Those of you who don't care about what its rated really don't understand the concept and how HUGE this movie is. You guys have probably thought, "Cool. An Alien VS Predator movie is coming out in a few weeks! I'll see it". For me, "Uh.. A movie that I wanted so long to be made for years is coming out!!!...Too bad...Its PG-13."

You'll never understand. I've talked to about 4 or 5 people who all think the same thing as me. Fox is a bunch of sellouts who didn't even give two shits to care about the fans.

You think the damn movie will be that bad just because you don't have to be fuckin' 17 and up just to fuckin' see the damn thing. And FOX ddin't sell anyone out, they never made a bold face promise that they were going to give the movie an "R" rating, now did they?

You could have been waiting for a millenium for all I care, if you were that big of a fan of either series, you would stop fucking whinning about it and just go see the damn movie.

And by the way, I CAN go see a rated "R" movies, so yeah.
