I was doing some reading in a game magazine at the local grocery store today and I read the preview for the upcoming game "God of War" that was being made by Incog. The guys that made Twisted Metal. Turns out, they've been working on it secretley for the last two years and they're going to unviel it at E3 this year offically.

Keep in mind, they did say over at Twisted Metal Alliance that there was a possibility of 1 or 2 new games being unvieled by Incog, so keep your fingers crossed.
