Nope, he's right. Except for the games that were directly linked (like OoT and MM), they're all different people. Windwaker explains it pretty well. Too bad I don't remember it.

Not even Majora's Mask and Ocarina of time are kinked... they where explained as 2 different "dimensions" if u kno what I mean.

It's neves specified if its the same link, a different link, etc etc. That's kind of the fun of it. EXCEPT in wind waker, where they live in the future of Ocarina of time (It continues on Hyrule after it's covered by the seas.) That's why u see the sages from Ocarina of Time in the windows.
