I cannot believe it has already been a whole year since PAX east March11-13 last year. We were all frantic with release approaching in just 5 weeks. I was very fortunate to be able to get my hands on the game early. Meeting and actually hanging out with Rigo and Brian LeBaron will forever be etched into my memory as a great experience. James from NSD and I, were treated like gold. Little to no waiting in lines when possible. They made sure we were taken care of as we had a good amount of time invested in the series.

Played against 16bit while I was there and hung out with him also. What a great guy. I still remember one of our matches came down to the last hit. Kitana vs Sektor. He is quite the character.

Anyways. While I was there, something unexpected happened. I had an unbelievable feeling of "home". People there for their beloved fictional franchises. Playing games they love. Cosplayers and diehard fans of anything, all in one big group where everybody was everybody's friend. A truly amazing experience. I met some great people there including Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb.

So I return this year, on my birthday. April 6th. For 3 days of this great atmosphere. It has my curiosity going as to what will be shown. Last year was Darkness 2, SWTOR, Duke Nukem, MK2011, Socom4, Fear3, RE:Mercenaries3D, Alienware pc, The Brink, and many more. Part of me hopes NRS will be showing off MK Vita, but that is a long shot as it may be released. Many attendees are hoping for something RE6 as it comes out in November and Capcom was there last year with a small RE title. Now maybe a big one?

Is anybody here attending? As always, I will be video reviewing alot of what I get my hands on. It is undecided if ROH will try for press. If it does, I will have a chance to have much more for you guys.
