Here is a thread dedicated to the two most popular princesses in video game history: Peach and Zelda. Both have showed to be more than just damsels in distress and I will try to write down every powers and weapons they used over the years. In my opinion Zelda is obviously more powerful and impressive than Peach. Her world is far more dangerous than the Mushroom kingdom and she seems more like a fighter than Peach. Sheik should be considered as one of the magic spells Zelda can cast, and not a different character. It is too bad we don't know Zelda's final smash yet. I haven't played every game they were in, so there may be a few mistakes. I tried to represent them the best I could by looking intensively on the net. Please tell me if you see any error. Okay so here are the questions I want you to answer after you read the thread.

Peach's Weapons

Slap Gloves: These are the gloves she uses to slap enemies. One of the first items she uses in Mario RPG.
War Fan: Another of the weapons she uses in Mario RPG. In my opinion it is one of her coolest weapons.
Crown: Not officially a weapon of hers but Peach uses it in Super Smash Bros. It hits hard.
Frying Pan: One of the items she uses to fight in the Super Smash Bros series. It has short reach and strikes upwards very hard. It comes from the Mario RPG game.
Tennis Racket: One of the items she uses to fight in the Super Smash Bros series. It has medium reach and is best at guarding edges. It comes from the Mario Tennis game.
Golf Club: One of the items she uses to fight in the Super Smash Bros series. It has more reach but is a little weaker than the other two. It comes from the Mario Golf game.
Vegetables: Not only she could pluck them from the ground in Mario Bros 2, she also uses them in the Super Smash Bros series. The old turnip does more damage than a Bob-Omb, and should never be underestimated.
Bob-Omb: There is also a slight chance that she will pluck a Bob-Omb instead. Always a dangerous item.
Mr Saturn: From Ness' universe, these guys will push items aside and do little damage when thrown. They can be used for repetitive attacks as they last long.
Beam Sword: These swords can also be plucked from the ground... curiously. They deal a lot of damage when thrown and provides Peach with more ranged-attacks.
Parasol: She used it in Mario RPG and Super Smash Bros. It is somewhat her signature item.
Sneaky Parasol: In Paper Mario, Peach uses this parasol to turn into any of Bowser's henchmen. It is a disguise item.
Perry: It is the name of the sentient parasol she uses in her Super Princess Peach game. It can turn into various devices. Perry's alternative forms include: the Bowlbrella, the Floatbrella, the Poundbrella, the Chargebrella, the Slidebrella, the Subrella and the Dashbrella.
Toad: Toad is Peach's mushroom acolyte. I included him because he absorbs damage for her in the Super Smash Bros series.
Twink: Twink is a smiling star who fights alongside Peach in Paper Mario.

Peach's Powers
Float: It is debated if Peach can truly float or if it is her dress that allows her to do it, but anyway she is well known for being able to float since Mario Bros 2.
Therapy: In Mario RPG, she was the healer of the group and this is one of the two moves she knew from the start. Toadstool could heal herself and allies, and also cure status ailments.
Group Hug: Although it restores less Hit Points than Therapy, this moves heals and cures status ailments on every party member.
Sleepy Time: Peach lets a sheep fall on the enemy, causing them to fall asleep. The sleeping foes cannot attack or move.
Come Back: Toadstool summons a multi-colored star that comes down on the fainted ally to revive him.
Mute: With this move, Peach mutes an enemy. The enemy cannot cast spells and must rely only on his physical attacks to fight.
Psych Bomb: This is her only offensive spell in Mario RPG and probably her strongest move ever. Peach hurts every enemy on the battlefield by throwing several bombs at them.
Joy Vibe: In her own game of Super Princess Peach, she gains the ability to float in the air. When you release the button, Peach spins down, allowing her to dispel toxic air as well as getting rid of some boundaries.
Rage Vibe: With this attack, Peach catches on fire, making her invulnerable to enemies and allowing her to do various stuff in-game such as heating a hot-air balloon and stomping on big switches that would otherwise be too big for her to activate.
Gloom Vibe: Peach cries and runs much faster. Her tears also cause plants to grow so she can reach otherwise unaccessible areas. Her tears can also make water wheels go around, opening hidden parts of stages, and can freeze onto cold surfaces to make it easier to get under tight spaces.
Calm Vibe: This vibe progressively heals the princess. The process stops if she gets hit by an enemy.
Peach Bomber: In Super Smash Bros Melee, Peach would hurl herself at the enemy, causing them to burst in flames. In Super Smash Brawl however, her Peach Bomber would blast the foe with hearts and ice. I suppose there will be a slight chance for her to freeze the enemy like the Freezie item.
Peach Blossom: It is her final smash in Super Smash Bros Brawl. She puts everyone to sleep and heals herself by eating peaches. Sweet!
Heart Shield: In Mario Kart Double Dash, Peach's special consists of a few hearts revolving around her, stealing the items or specials of the other racers on impact.
Shadow Queen Form: The Shadow Queen is an ancient demon from another world who took possession of Princess Peach in Paper Mario. As the Shadow Queen, Peach can throw lightning blasts and shadow waves. She can also inflict confusion, poison and allergies through a move called dangerous breath. Shadow Queen can also drain Hit Points and she has various physical attacks.

Zelda's Weapons
Zelda's Sword: In Twilight Princess, Zelda is seen wielding a rapier-like sword. In the comics, Zelda is said to be a great fighter, archer and horseback rider.
Light Arrows: In the same game, Zelda uses the powerful Light Arrows similar to those Link used in Ocarina of Time.
Needles: Zelda used them as Sheik in Super Smash Bros Melee. She could throw one to six needles at the enemy. They were pretty hard to see and they would not only do major damage but also make the foes flinch; preventing them from attacking or jumping back on the ledge.
Chain Whip: The chain whip Sheik brandishes is good for edge guarding and for canceling enemy projectiles.
Deku Nuts: Zelda used Deku Nuts as Sheik in Ocarina of Time to make a diversion and escape mysteriously.

Zelda's Powers

Triforce of Wisdom: Zelda was the chosen one to hold the bottom left part of the Triforce known as the Triforce of Wisdom. It imparts divine wisdom upon it's holder. It grants Zelda mystical abilities including the ability to heal others, manipulate reality, precognition and the ability to communicate telepathically. It leads its holder to make the right decisions, making Zelda wiser than any mortal. In Twilight Princess, when the inhabitants of the kingdom are turned into spirits, the Triforce of Wisdom protects Zelda from the spell. It also allows Zelda to communicate with higher forms, for example, she called the Light Spirits to aid her and they gave her the light arrows as a response.
Nayru's Love: In Super Smash Bros, Zelda uses Nayru's love to reflect projectiles, deal damage to nearby enemies and protect her from harm. According to Ocarina of Time, Nayru's love renders the user totally invulnerable until he runs out of mana.
Din's Fire: It is Zelda's projectile. It is a controllable floating light who burst into flames upon impact. In Ocarina of Time, it surrounds the user with heavy fire. Enough fire to full a room.
Farore's Wind: Farore's wind is a recovery move that travels very far in Super Smash Bros. In Ocarina of Time, it allows the user to teleport back to a previously set location.
Magic Dust: When she fights, Zelda generates magical dust that deal major damage to the enemies. We can see it in Super Smash Bros. She can use this magic to hit with her palms like in her smashes moves but also to grab, shock and throw away as seen in her grab move. She can also create a fire cloud like in her aerial up move. Her most powerful move is the popular lightning kick, where she centers immense magical power in the ball of her foot and sends enemies flying off stage.
Vanish: She uses this magic as Sheik. She disappears in a blast of fire, only to re-appear a little further.
Light Beam: In Ocarina of Time, after Link defeated Ganon, Zelda shoots a huge beam of light from her palms to neutralize the evil warlock.
Barrier Dispel: Zelda, along with the other sages, uses this power to seal Ganondorf in the void. It also allows her to open the doors of the crumbling tower when Link and her are trying to escape.
Flight: In Twilight Princess, Ganondorf uses Zelda against Link. As Ganon's puppet, she is seen flying and she dives at him with her sword extended.
Energy Ball: Possessed Zelda's main attack is a ball of energy. Link must make it rebound on Ganondorf.
Light Triangle: The other attack Possessed Zelda has is a giant triangle of light that appears on the ground. Link must escape the area as it will blast in energy and deal major damage.
Sheikah Form: Zelda uses her magic to turn into a Sheikah. Her irises turn red, her skin gets darker and she is wrapped into a tight Sheikah outift. Apparently, she can shapeshift in an instant. It is of popular belief that Impa is responsible for her training in the Sheikah martial arts.
