Gameplay footage is set to be revealed this weekend on the Japanese television show Pokémon Get☆TV.

It will premiere Sunday at 7am JST, which is Saturday 6pm EDT, 5pm CDT, and 11pm BST. If anyone wishes to check up for any videos or stills of the footage, these would probably be the best times to follow.

This announcement has came the day after I beat the Elite four in Ruby on my phone! Currently trying to find a Feebas which is destroying my motivation :( oh well 267 on the pokedex and counting (on fire red).

Meh, Gen 3 was boring.

Yea, its in a random 6 of 400 fishing spots lol, I'm just making my way down route 119 fishing in each spot 5 times and moving on the the next.

I wish fishing was like firered and didnt have that press a nonsense it would mean I could do it while watching a TV show or something.

I found Gen 3 to be quite fun and among the more difficult generations to get through. Even more so, Gen 3 is my favorite generation of Pokémon. Two of my top 5 favorite pokemon are in this generation, Shedinja and Milotic.

Why do you feel Gen 3 was boring?

Surprised nobody commented on this so-called "Gameplay" being 3 seconds of the opening sequence... OH I'M COMING OUTTA THE WATER!

I'm actually hoping that footage is in fact reflected on the gameplay.

I think it would be really nice to have such graphics during a battle, especially seeing the pokemon in the water.

I just had a thought.

Considering the remakes tend to encompass the entire generation it's based on, could it be possible that Juan would be the eighth gym leader instead of Wallace?

Personally, I don't like Juan, and I'd rather he didn't show up in the remakes. However, it may be possible that he will appear as the final gym leader. Additionally, could this also mean that Wallace might appear as Champion?

Wallace's design is one of the worst in all of pokemon.

But he's so awesome!

I enjoy battling him as well as seeing him speak. The only reason I didn't mind Juan being gym leader in Emerald is because I already knew Wallace would be Champion. This time, I'd rather not deal with Juan at all. He just seems... boring.
