I don't know where you got these videos, but it seems somebody has been monkeying around with the asf codec. Personally these files don't sound legit since WMV is a windows naitive format for playing asf files, it comes with any version of mediaplayer 8-9. So any extraneous licensing suggests that these files were either taken from a site that registered these videos (in that case I would suggest trying to find one elsewhere) or they are spyware waiting to happen. I'd have to know more though to make a real analysis.

Actually, I let the licesing stuff opening the source website and it opens a porn site. Now I see it comes from that... I hadn't tried to re-install Windows Media Player, I should do so it overwrites every crap that is corrupted. Thank you guys. If nothing happens I'll find out more and ask for more help, if needed.

Download "BSPlayer". Use that as a better alternative to Win Media Player. Also make sure you install the FDD Show codec pack. That should be all you need. I have them both if you need to IM me ... TheWiseFlea. Peace
