i recently bought a new PS3 (my 60gb backwards compatible died YLOD) and when i try to redeem my old acct it tells me to reset my password, now it sends me an email on how to do it but when i go to the email i get server down due to maintenance! has anyone else had this problem ?

i ask because i notice that if you create a new acct which i did theres no problems but i want my old acct which has games i paid to download aswell as the the mk online code that allows me to play online
