ive tried finding this online and couldnt really find anything about the problem im having.

my psn is "shinnox" and for some reason, when friends or ppl i wanna play try to add me, its sending the add to another guys named "ShinnoX" he has the same id as me. how is this possible? only difference is his has the uppercase and mines all small.

this has become a real pain in the ass. i cant make any gamer cards or anything because its showing someone elses stats. ive tried going into my account settings on the playstation website to see if there was a way to change my id or to somehow fire out wtf is going on.

can anyone help me with this? or maybe explain how its possible for someone else to have my id
