How "low" of power are we talking? Also, where abouts was it in relation to the XB?
ummm enough to pick up a screw bit and hold it. The magnet was on a torque (tool).

I know exactly what you're talking about, but honestly I don't know, I've never tried. I'd imagine it shouldn't do much damage, but who knows.
I hope it doesnt mess up my Xbox

Um, that shouldn't do anything. Unless it's like directly on the box, like, on the actual components. You have the hard drive for it, I assume. I've heard amps can do a good job messing shizzle up, though. Do you have it next to an amp or a "booster" of some sorts, by a stereo? The screw driver shouldn't do anything, though. If it did, i'd be like wtf 0_0.
A friend was putting in a MOD chip so yeah the magnet was in it.

Since a mod chip was installed a torque may mess with any capacitors, various forms of ram chips, and the hard drive. IF your box had been closed it wouldn't have been a problem. That is why there is shielding. (That big metal thing.)

So, yeah, you could have screwed up a few components. It is powerful enough.

My Xbox wasnt broken. YAY. The big grey chord wasn't pluged in lol. He forgot to when he was done. But nope all my MKDA is still saved. Nothing is messed up but thanks for the info.
