Regret your decision

We all live in a world where we have to make decisions. Some are as easy and as obvious as can be, and often have little influence on us; but there are decisions that will ultimately choose paths that we may end up following for the rest of our lives. These decisions could be as small and simple as "I'll walk today instead of drive", but could forever change your perception on how you view the world.
Of course, we all think at least once in our lives that we made a wrong choice and regret for a certain amount of time befroe realizing that we can't change what already happened. Some find a silver lining in their current status and use it to comfort their minds and emotions, and eventually put it behind them; others dwell on them until it drives them to do things that they wouldn't have done before, often having a negative consequence.
My question is are there any decisions that you've made, even if they were initially insignificant, that have had great changes to you, that you wish hadn't happened?
I regret not applying to a radio school that I wanted to go to because my family didn't think that I'd have a chance in that kind of field. I shouldn't have gone into the sciences and I wish I had just went my own way.

I regret not going out and catching my cat Alex when he ran out the door one night, i thought well he'll be back in a minute, later that night i found him dead on the road and i had to bury him... its the first cat ive ever had to bury, and he was very close to me, closer than most family members... i went for a long time grieving over him and begging for a way to bring him back, but nothing helped... i still today think of him everyday and would give anything to have him back...

I regret falling in love. Worst thing that happened to me IMO.

Like I've said before, the one thing I regret is living almost my entire life (some 22 years) with nothing but regrets. I kept living in the past, wondering "What if...", when what I should've done is accept that it happened, I couldn't do anything to change iot and simply move on.
As for ONE thing I would change, the "old" me would have said "Being honest about that one thing with my last ex", but the "new" me would DEFINITELY say "Spending more time with BOTH of my grandfathers before they died."
