Rule oriented problem

I gave a link to gamespot.com and the post was closed down because "Mobster4Christ" said it was against site rules, i gave the link LEADING TO gamespot.com, meaning i did not violate their (gamespots) copywrite of videos or screens in anyway since it was on their own site, the only case this would count as a violation of copywrite is if someone in someway were to give a link to a site other than gamespot (or what ever copy written site it may be). then at the bottom of the post he puts "Go to gamespot and get the basic membership if you want to see it"...sorry if im being too critical about this but you guys should at least check the links before judgement, because hes sending everybody to the website i had just suggested, its not like i scanned or ripped anything, geez

So, in other words, you wanted M4C to create a thread on the main page that read something like "Bla bla bla Gamespot bla bla bla MK:D bla bla bla. Oh, by the way, mad props to ToxicBomB for letting us know!" so that you could have your 15 minutes of fame here?

Read the thread Scott (the site's web/dungeon master) wrote concerning these kinds of situations.
