Many people say that cod is the same over and over again, and in some ways it is such as the game engine (not graphics though; they are actually improved over each game) and gunplay, among other things. But what other game has drastically changed? Tekken (probably my favorite game) is practically the same but with better graphics and new systems, and physics. But this is kinda justified as it is a fightng game. Lets talk about two other genres: nearly every fps and every racing game. Has halo really changed its core gameplay for something totally innovative? No it hasn not. Battlefield? No. Gran Turismo? No. This also is with any other genre. The only game which completely does this is FF, an rpg series. But please stop saying it is the same, because it is the same with anynother game.
