There is a size limit, it must conform to certain dimensions. I'm not sure the exact numbers.

< img src="" > without the spaces between is the main image code here.
There are others for links, which can be an image aswell, when the image code is placed in the "text for the actual link" part.

Images: < img Src="http://www.website.com/image.png" > without the spaces between < i, and " >

Links: < a href="http://www.website.com">Text for the actual link< /a > without the spaces between the < a, the < /, and the a >

Also, the image needs to be hosted/uploaded to an image sharing/hosting website. Many people in the past tried linking directly to their computer's drives, which doesn't work.
