Icon= upload an image to photobucket or imageshack, then go into Settings, click "Change Icon", then paste the direct link for it into the bar.
Sig= upload an image to photoucket or imageshack, go to Settings, then paste the direct link for the image into the signature box using this code:
Just make sure it isn't that big, or else it will be taken down.

if you do try uploading to another host site, it might be a error with the site for the picture your trying to upload.
