I'm def looking forward to this. Funny thing is I was watching it few nights ago on Spike. Hopefully Jessica Alba Has some nude scenes. She was so hot in the original film.
I wonder how many stories will intertwine together to make the film. Just give me some more gore, more action to speed up some things. 1st movie was great but it was a bit slow except for Bruce Willis parts and Mickey Rourkes parts of the film.

I hope they make it all in color. I'm tired of all these noir films being in black and white. Give me some technicolor to give it real edge and grittiness and make it a reboot.

- Eva Green's "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" Poster Has "Been Especially Bad" [NSFW]
As it turns out, the MPAA had a problem with one of the posters, deemed a little too risqué. Deadline reports that the poster of Eva Green's character caused the MPAA to "nix" the image because of "nudity -- curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown."
Deadline notes that it's not out of the ordinary for the MPAA to weigh in like this, and that the association is currently attempting to reach a compromise with the film's team.
Fair enough, really. I can't imagine anyone will mind. This thing's gonna do the rounds online (as it already is) and the word will well and truly get out.
Note: Lets keep it work safe on the forums, folks.

- SDCC 2014: Frank Miller's SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR Panel
"It used to be that there was a lot you had to do to bring a comic to the screen. Rather than looking at this as taking a book and making it a movie, we wanted to adapt film into Frank's book," Rodriguez said.
"I think comic book movies that have been coming out have been getting better because they're closer to the source material," said Miller. "It's a different thing to take a character and throw him into a board room full of people who think comics are crap and have them turn it into something that proves they can be."
"Robert and I are already talking about Sin City 3," said Miller, "So you better show up to number two or they won't give us money for it."
Any plans for another Sin City graphic novel? "Inevitably," said Miller. "I have a stack of stories I want to do. What year? I'm not sure."
"Martha Washington on the big screen or somewhere... it's going to happen, but it has to be done right. And this time I'm going to be a prick, it will be done my way," Miller said of another of his properties.
Dennis Haybert is playing the role Michael Clarke Duncan did in the first one, and Rodriguez said "he does a great job to play that part for his friend, and also to play the role the way Frank created it."
Lots more from the panel in the article. Check it out.

- ‘Sin City: A Dame To Kill For’ Red Band Trailer Shoots Its Way Out Of Comic-Con
Featuring some stylized blood, and a tease of nudity, the new trailer isn’t exactly not safe for work, but its certainly not safe for a nunnery. Or something of that ilk.
The footage focuses on the killer babes of the city, as well as Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Jessica Alba’s characters, who seem to be in over their heads in some sort of crime type thing. We also see Lady Gaga as a waitress, who is also in over her head. In fact, lets just assume the next movie will be called “Sin City: Boy, These People Are Sure In Over Their Heads” and leave it at that.
“Sin City: A Dame To Kill For” opens in theaters on August 22.
