I'm still wondering if I should buy it on release, or wait for a price drop or even a 'Super Street Fighter X Tekken'.

Knowing Capcom, they probably will do a "Super" version or even a "Ultimate" version for shits and giggles. I say wait a little bit, price drop, wha-bam. Or they are gonna be mean and wait til the hype goes down for the game, wait til prices drop and then announce a super version. All hell will break loose.

Maybe I'll rent it or borrow it from a friend in that case.

I'll do what I did with MVC3. Rent and see if an updated version will release.

Capcom raped my wallet with Street Fighter IV. Got SSFIV and then those pricks released Arcade Edition. Eventually I'll be $75 for Street Fighter IV.

The only bad thing is when I finally get my mitts on any incarnation of SFXT, I'll be a fucking novice and online will be dry or OP for me.

Good news, won't be getting it, at least not initially a Super version is almost an absolute certainty for one, for two I just don't have the money.

I'd probably get the Tekken X Street Fighter version, I prefer the gameplay of Tekken much more.
