ok you all might find this funny, but can anybody tell me what TBA means with game releases?

Well, since it's the company's way of saying the game isn't ready and won't be ready for some time, it's their way of saying "Too busy, asshole!"

Just seen your post, and yes it is To Be Announced. Not to be confused with TBD which is To Be Decided. The difference is that they have a target date in TBA with an unfinished game. TBD is a finished game without a project date.
