Comcast blows.

Comcast is close to 'Global Domination' I swear. They are about to buy Disney, or so rumor has it. Comcast and Microsoft will merge and start the 'Revolution'. Robots will then try to kill us, but the Rock and Ah'nold will save us...or will they??

Well i dont know where yall live but we have a choice of Comcast or Charter. We go with Charter.:)

I use comcast and they are the worst company ever. Remember those rumors of them buying Disney? I would much rather have MS own Disney than fuckin comcast. They came into my area and bought out ATT for the cable service. Thats when everything went to hell.
On the other hand tech tv was kind of lame. There news was often out of date and about as biased as CNet (ok not quite that biased but still...)

I used to LOVE Tech TV. WHO THE HELL IS COMCAST? AND HOW ARE THEY RICH ENOUGH TO BUY DISNEY? I'm sorry for the caps... BUT THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!

The two best TechTv shows will still be on thought according to the press release, ScreenSavers and X-Play.

What channel is G4tv on DISH? Or is it another network all together?

Chances are the only shows that might be gone are the ones that aren't filmed in San Fran. My guess is Future Fighting Machines, Conspiracies, Robot Wars, Thunderbirds, Spy School, and Secret Starange & True might be taken off. I highly doubt they'll get rid off the good shows like The Screensavers, X-Play, Call for Help, Tech Live, Fresh Gear, Unscrewed, Anime Unleashed. But the line up is almost deffiniatly getting shaken up. Call For Help is getting moved to just before the Screensavers and Leo is going to host it permanently, but he is leaving the Screensavers, but he is going to frequent a bit. So let's just wait and see what happens.

Comcast is crap they want you to pay alot of money for basic cable.Half of the channels on Comcast arent that great either.

so I have DirecTV... if comcast buys TechTV I'm S.O.L???
