Day 1 buy for me, from the master of survival horror. He has much of the old Resident Evil team with him, too. A distortion effect? The screens that were released look amazing.

Absolutely. I love Suda as well. "Killer is Dead" also looks amazing.

It looks epic. Kind of of reminds me of Silent Hill and Hostel the Movie with a pinch of Hellraiser.

I think its good to have a new ip since Res is getting milked to death.

the only thing im bit iffy about is that there is a season pass so hopefully they wont milk me for every penny out of my wallet. hopefully my pc can handle the game cause if I get it ill get it on steam.

I'm definitely curious about the game. Probably going to wait for reviews on it though. I keep reading / seeing mixed reactions on it. As recently as E3, people were saying that the game had some definite issues with it, but lately, everything's been much more positive, so I don't really know what to think other than the fact that it looks really cool. Hell, it looks like what I want RE to be, but clearly isn't anymore.

If Sakaguchi can do that with Final Fantasy (with Lost Odyssey), I think that Mikami can do that with RE with this game. Here's hoping!

Redbox. I haven't rented a game though it ever but I just want to play it safe, i don't know if it's worth 60 bucks.

High hopes though don't get me wrong.

Basically resident evil without the pseudoscientific bullshit about how "viri" work.... instead it is now supernatural and more horror movie based.


Could be fun, I have not seen a part of it which I could not link back to something else. Horror is simply too overstaurated.
