The Illuminati Killed Whitney Houston and Mortal Kombat Was Involved (Are you serious!?)
Sound freakin' stupid, don't it?
Believe it or not, people actually say this, and they believe this.
Now, I laughed when people said Beyonce was in the Illuminati, and I shat bricks in laughter when they said Teletubbies were Illuminati.
Then I got pissed when people started saying Jennifer Hudson sacrificed her mother, brother, and nephew in the name of the Illuminati, right after the three were murdered.
But Mortal Kombat? Really? That's just the final straw.
There are actually videos stating that Mortal Kombat has "Illuminati symbolism." One of them is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPsy2gtHucc&feature;=youtube_gdata_player
I saw this, and I was like, "Really? Because it looks like something you think has to do with the Illuminati, Mortal Kombat is all for it."
Yeah, I'm sure Ed Boon spent 20 years of his life planning to corrupt the minds of gamers everywhere. And "Boon Tobias" backwards must be Latin for "Satan is the shiz!"
What ever happened to taking things with a grain of salt? What happened to reading up on what you're told? What happened to doing your own research, instead of believing the first thing you're told?
Have we become sheep to ourselves?

That's the thing, though.
The majority of people being accused of being in the Illuminati are successful black recording artists.
Why in the hell would any black person want to join a group that was originally founded influenced by men who approved of enslaving Africans and taking over their land?

1. Is that true? I thought any time that anything was successful, somebody somewhere accuses it of having relations to The Illuminati.
2. Are you talking about black people in America? Are you saying that all black people don't ever want to be American citizens or something? What is this thread about. I'm confused now.

I suggest you read up.
That said, I don't find ANY of the disturbing signs, symbols or anything of the like in Mortal Kombat.

Excuse me, I must omit the word "originally founded" in my post, I made an error there.
The correct diction would be "influenced."
The actual Illumanti was first founded in in the late 1700s in Bavaria, by one Adam Weishaupt.
The Illumanti was influenced by the Enlightenment era that currently existed in United States. Many of the people who lead that movement approved of the enslavement of others, even though Ben Franklin eventually became an abolitionist.
As for the black recording artists, I do believe the accusations extend beyond the U.S.

A suggestion I usually make to others is that they read up on the history and origin of each symbol they come across.
If more people did that, no one would believe in the Illuminati hype.
I'm not sure if you support the thesis of this site, but I'm hoping you don't.

I think I'll go with the old saying:
"If you don't stand up for something, you'll fall for anything."
That being said, I too am tired of people accusing and scapegoating the Illuminati for stupid things. Don't get me wrong, I pretty sure they've done not so good things as long as the sect has been around but people just take things to the extreme all the time on the internet. If people did more research, they won't bandwagon on dumb shit like this and many other things....*coughkonytwothousandtwelvecough*
In all seriousness, I really am losing hope in humanity.

The complaints were justified for the major part, oh no you don't. It's how we keep busy when there aren't any voting tournaments to rig!

Anyway, this is pretty funny. It's nice to see how people can connect MK to different things, but this is funny. The forehead pieces are just parts of their diverse costume design and the stone just happens to be in that angle. Even if NeRdS put the stone in that angle on purpose, it doesn't mean that they are freaking Illuminati. Sometimes they're simply put fooling with the consumers to cause some confusion and talk. But this is unbelievable.

I say we start a new forum game. Somebody name any thing in existence and somebody else has to connect it to the illuminati. It shouldn't be too hard as it seems like these conspiracy theorists do it all the time.

Secret societies exist, I believe that, but I really don't think that any of them are large enough or far reaching enough to justify all of the conspiracy theories that are made up about them.
If anything, I think that alot of the theories are anescapist way for those inclined people to abdicate control over their own money and general mental issues. Or they're just the campfire stories or rumors created and retold by overactive imaginations.

Personally, I don't really believe in it, but the more I read up about it and the symbolism, etc, the more interesting it seems.
And I will add that I find it very creepy and discussions about it also intrigue me...
