I broke the right ankle last Monday as I did home gymnastics and "landed" improperly during a session of jumping, and got my foot bandaged in Thursday. Since then, I use crutches for walking, and it's hard as FUCK, more so because the doctor suggested that I must avoid any landing on my right foot, or at least reduce it to the minimum.

It will last till the mid/late March if I take rest and lie in bed long enough. There was, luckily no need for operation, the ankle not having been dislocated or anything, just mildly broken.

So I wanted to read your experience from physical disabilities, if you ever suffered from any.
