if this has already been made then can the mods please close this thread.

now then, this thread is for fans of the series or anyone who would like to discuss it at all. I have been a fan of the series since I first played twisted metal many years ago, now that a new game is going to be released (in october) I started to play some of the old games again.

as for the new game, what would you like to see in the game?

storywise

gameplay wise

what characters would you like to return?

please discuss!

Well... aren't there only like 3 or 4 factions as opposed to a bunch of characters? I would much rather have the characters than factions.

I agree. I'd rather have the characters then the factions, and I'd rather it go back to the TM2 style comic style, more vibrant colours, and slower gameplay. I hate how everything moves at light speed any more, takes the finese out of the game.

hell yeah twisted metal is awesome!! i hope we get all classic characters back, this game is da bomb, i have twisted metal 1-4 and spent lots of hours playing this back in the 90s, my fave were minion and spectre, i hope the original voice actor for calypso makes a return too!

You won't the list of characters and they're respective factions is:

Sweet Tooth (Clowns)
Mr. Grimm (Skulls)
Dollface (Dolls)
Preacher (Holy Men(or something like that))

however, the vehicles aren't character dependent.

And non character specific vehicles is also going to take a TON of the fun out of the game. I don't want to be Mr. Grimm driving the Sweet-Tooth Ice Cream Truck. That is just stupid. Only Sweetooth should drive the Ice Cream Truck. Just like how ONLY AXEL should be able to control his vehicle due to it being a part of his story.
