It respct your opinion, but I like my XBox better. Although PS2 has the best games, I'm satisfied with the XBox games. Also I actually like the Xbox controlelr better. The thing I don't like about the PS2 controller is the 2 R's and 2 L's. And finally the graphics are absolutely amazing. So I got no problem with it.

It all depends on what you want. The most SHA-BANG for your buck is the Xbox, no doubt. Many just like you have been converted by me from PS2 fanboy to Xbox "smart-buyer". It's all you gotta say, buy the Box and you get a few games that are considered "THE BEST", and the best ver. of games that are released on the GC, PS2, and Box.

Even though this thread is going to be closed soon. I am going to have to say that the PS2 is not the best console out there. Xbox definetely takes the gold. It has awsome graphics, great games like Halo and Ninja Gaiden. PS2 could NEVER handle a game like Ninja Gaiden or Halo. The Xbox also has its own hardrive which lets you burn your own music into it, and to top it all off Xbox Live which has the best online experience. So the PS2 is not the best console out there, PS2 comes in 2nd place and the worst console which is Gamecube is 3rd.

This thread doesn't actually need to be closed, maybe it just needs to be re-titled? PS2 is the best, is a really bad title. There's no evidence or apparents to back it up. Another thing is, I've heard the phrase too many times from little kids who think that they're cool because their parents bought them one for Xmas.

I like any console that plays the games that I want to play. That's across the board. EVERY system has games that I love to play.

They're all good. Ps2 has the most varied library, X-Box is a technical marvel, and Gamecube has that Nintendoey charm. I recommend Cube or X-Box for the long term though, as any Sony console is just waiting for a chance to fuck up on you. "Disc Read Error" indeed!

Haha, good one. I needed mine repaired, and I couldn't wait to get it back . You see, no matter how much we bash em, deep down, we love em all .
This is actually the first console thread that can truly stand a chance, I believe. Good job Thread starter! The title has been rearranged perfectly to "What Console Do "YOU" Think Is The Best". So you see there is no need for this to be closed down, since everyone is entitled to their own opinion...as long as they're in America! hehehe.

Since my opinion could offend i will say, if the system has great titles I'll buy it.

I got a PS2 and I like it the best. Coincidence? Probably not, but I digress...

PS2 is great. Tons and tons of games, and up until recently, EA Online exclusive.

XBox is great too. I know ppl with this lil computer and shit is hard, real hard. Halo is one of the best games I've ever seen, if not the best. You can rip to the hard drive and all that fun shit. Graphics are a plus. Only drawback was the odd controller, but after a few rounds of Halo that really doesn't matter

Gamecube - I know not one single person with a game cube, sorry.

Anyway, my favorite classic console would have to be the Genesis, for sentimental reasons, with the SNES in at a close second, for sentimental reasons.

Of the current generation, Xbox. I like how Microsoft is trying to do new things and bring out new content, and there's just too many cool things you can do with it once it's modded.

PS2 better games XBOX better graphics. I myself think ps2 is better.

I agree with psycolbex on this one graphics are better for the box but PS2's got the software and software what keeps the console going stronger. Oh and be4 this starts a war Crow or whoever If this is console War close it I don;t want skulled I read the rules but forgot about this one my bad.

My faves are Saturn ad Dreamcast.

I prefer Xbox. It has the best graphics and the big Xbox controller is my favorite. Yes, the big one.

It had Dead or Alive 3, one of the best games there ever will be, and it will soon have Guilty Gear X2 # Reload, WITH XBOX LIVE!

It will have Halo 2. What else do I have to say?

I also like how it has a hard drive, where you can keep songs and endless memory for your games.

Those are the reasons why I like the Xbox the best.
