the other day i was looking at the female boss for mk thread, and i saw this ino (thats her name, is it not?) characters from guilty gear and i thought man this one really suck, i mean a girl with a witch hat and a guitar, but if im not mistaken some people think its cool. or why does the name sol badguy is better than mavado, at least they took off the L.
or why jarek is more hated than kira, if they are the same, kano rip offs.

anyway after that rant, here comes the question, what is what makes a character good or bad? what makes him/her to be a character that people want to forget or want him/her in every game of the saga?
