For me, it would have to be UMK3 and Comix Zone. I played those games all the time back in the days of the Sega Genesis. I still play these games A LOT, and they are awesome. I've had to have beaten Comix Zone at least 1,000 times. And UMK3, if you don't already know, is my favorite game of all time, so that tells you why I play it a lot.

ive dwindled most of my gaming life on GTAIII, and Vice City. Aside from that, i would have to say Super Mario series, and the Zelda series. With Super Mario World 2 Yoshis Island being my favorite Mario, and Link to the Past as my favorite Zelda.

In general all the MK games. At each time of each MK release I play that MK game to death till the next one is released with the exception of MKT which I even played during the MK4 days. With the release of MK: DA the tradition has started again. I haven't played past MK games since MK: DA was release. I think I've played MK: DA at least 675 times. So it will be with MK: Deception. I will go back and play the old school MK games again once MAT2 is released.

Mortal Kombat 2 (like 2 years of my life of every afternoon playing that single game, man it rocked hard).

The only other close contender is probably going to be Final Fantasy X or Deus Ex Multiplayer, both having well over 300 hours into them.

I notice myself playing games that have more of a complex story than others so that makes Mortal Kombat
deadly alliance my most played game.
