Whats my best option for a Sub-Zero costume?

I guess I can make my own,
I want it to look like MK2's costume (with the quilted/diagonal square pattern on the blue parts).....unless I could somehow do UMK3 which is awesome but seems kinda hard..
Get some baby blue fabric then but a thick cotton sheet on it then but another baby blue peice of fabric on it (like a sandwich). Then stitch it. The cotton should bulge out. Thats my THEORY.

Or you can use sponge, pretty much anything that will make a pillow.
