in free roaming and modes i have this cool outfit for my guy but can i use it in matchmaking because like i dont hav e it their and the outfit cant be baught in the cuztumize online part because there are way less clothes like wtf

Nope. You have to customize your character for matchmaking through the matchmaking wardrobe section. Although I was very good at SR2 online, the lag prevented me from playing it a lot so I am not sure if you unlock more clothing as you keep playing.
