X-games are a set of 'eXtreme' games on ESPN. Like extreme bike stunts and what not, not and XBox game.

I watched some the other night cause Ureiko made me, but it was pretty damn good. THey were doing insane flips on bikes and stuff.

well i did watch the x games but nothing too serious came on so I stopped today in Mun2 I saw a bike rally with some cats that were doin some seriously insane shit like 720 midair spins and double handle bar spins... they're also less paid, kinda like how the US national basketball team thats gettin a run for their money by much smaller nations, just a thought...

Yea it was. That one dude was like in a coma for a year and had like 130 pieces of metal in his body and still got out there and did some old insane shit.

some of the shit they do is insane. i watched all the nights. ive been hooked on the x-games since i was little. because of the x-games i got into skateboarding and thats basically all i do except com on the mko to talk to u guys

They were decent. I'm tired of Mirra, though. He's nothing but a fanboy magnet. Put him in a real street situation, not some park, and he'd be like WTF.

The body varial was hooked up. I'm kinda pissed Travis got silver. After that slam he took I was like "dude, just call it a day." Really didn't expect him to compete. I've been watching him race since he turned pro and he always does stupid ass shit at the most in-approptriate times. Ah well, that's what he does, that's who he is. McGrath was a joke, IMO.

Decent all around, had some good moments. But the atmosphere of X has kind of dwindled. Doesn't feel the same like it did in the 90's. Seams to main stream, not as raw and shorter. Which is good to an extent, but, meh. Luge doesn't get exposure anymore, neither does climbing. I miss watching all the prelims, too; when you had an unknown on the bubble who'd bust out some crazy shit just so they could make the finals. Maybe I'm just getting old.

yea about 2 years ago nobody could do a backflip on a dirtbike and now everyone is doing it. and that 360 is not a 360. its a rodeo flip. but the announcers are starting to piss me off cause there just so damn annoying.

I watched every broadcast, and they were awesome this year. The moto-x competitions were insane. It's crazy to think that the backflip would gurantee gold a few years ago, and now you could get last even if you pull one. All the competitions were good. The only ones I didn't like were the East/West surfing and the wakeboarding.
