I was just wondering if anyone knows what features the Xbox's DVD playback supports? I know the system supports Doulby Digingal 5.1 Surround Sound and HiDefinition on games, but I though I heard some where that it is only for games and not supported for DVD playback. Does any know for sure? I was just wondering since I do own xbox, but can't tell, nor can I find it anywhere in any of the manuals. Thanks.

You have dobly digital and dts output on the movies just like the game (as long as you have a reciever to decode the signal). Movies are not in progressive scan, but they are still pretty good via the component video (better than some standalone players).
