1. Master Chief. Fludd demolisher, epic warrior.

2. Green Lantern- with the Black Lanterns being zombies, his ring would make him a useful ally.

3. Scorpion. He is among the strongest fighters EVER.

4. One of any of the original Black Ops zombies characters, as they could have a massive assortment of weaponry.

5. Any Jedi who fought against the Genosians in the zombie crisis.

Wolverine: Since we are dealing with the Romero zombies here & not the fast ones of the last decade, Wolverine would be a great ally. He would be able to hack & slash through plenty of zombies with little to no effort.

Human Torch: With his fire powers he can incinerate any zombies that get in the team's way.

Superman: There's not much to say on this one, it's Superman no zombie would be able to stop him.

Kitty Pryde: Now I know what you are thinking "Kitty would be terrible against zombies in combat" well maybe but she would never be trapped or cornered by the zombies do to her phasing ability to pass through objects like walls. She would be the Glenn of the group basically.

Rogue: Basically she's a female mutant Superman & with Superman on the team already that would be overkill but ehh I like Rogue so she's in. She would definitely be an asset to the team with the super strength & power absorbing, since if any member of the team goes down she could absorb their powers into her.

Batman: Same with Superman there isn't much to say but who wouldn't want Batman on their team seriously?


Now for my Mortal Kombat team for a bonus:

Kitana: With her steel fans she would be able to cut down zombie after zombie with little effort. Also her being my favorite female ninja in MK doesn't hurt either.

Sub-Zero: This one is pretty obvious he could freeze any zombies that get the teams way & then destroy them with his slide or ice ball attack.

Smoke: With his ability to become pure smoke & his teleport ability he would able to move quickly through zombies so there basically couldn't harm him. Like Kitty he would the Glenn of the group.

Johnny Cage: Johnny would be the comic relief basically, plus his green shadow attacks like the Shadow Kick or his fireballs he would be a good edition to the team plus you gotta love some Johnny Cage humor lol.

Jax: With his metal arms & almost inhuman super strength no zombies could bite him or even get close enough to him at all with his ground pound attack.

Jade: With her Bo staff & boomerang she would be able to take out tons of zombies either up close or far away.

You do know I said pick 5 characters?

You never thought about a Lex Luthor Zombie with krpytonite teeth? Did you? Gotta think ahead. I can imagine Luthors death in this one. Yanking his own teeth out... shoving shards of kryptonite in the bleeding gums "COME AT ME YOU UNDEAD SONS OF [EDIT]!"

My team:
Robocop. Because Robocop. For srs.

Thomas the tank engine. Because he is a train that talks. Perfect in the upcoming arguements.

Power Girl - Female Superman and we'll need to repopulate the earth somehow.

Shang Tsung or Nightmare- With all the souls he will steal from Zombies he'll only get stronger.

Kitana or Ivy. Accomplished fighters and perfect if talks with Power Girl break down.
