That is not the same pic. The other thread is a Man of Steel - Zod skin. This one I believe is a user created mod, as I saw it a while back. The user who posted it on the gamefaqs board said it was a mod using the Red Son Superman.

Fan mod by "TONY-T", as far as I know. He made a fake trailer, too.
