Not sure if there has been a post about this but I just got the game today so I was wondering who you played as first, who against and what stage?

TECHNICALLY I played as Batman first in the demo and the tutorial but for the game itself I was Deathstroke against Green Arrow in Arkham Asylum

Well when I fought in the tournament at GameStop, my first match I played with Lex Luthor against Wonder Woman on Strykers island.

Practice Mode: Hawkgirl vs Bane, Stage was Ferris Aircraft (to test if it had a transition, which I learned it sadly did not).
