I'll be doing an audio review one week after release.

Ill give it my classic "it's fun as fuck" rating and then sell it 2 hours later.

My friend got his review copy last night so expect reviews tomorrow. We played it till 3am last night, absolutely quality. The XP system is great and you unlock stuff all the time. It plays a lot better than the demo which we all expected. Catwoman's gonna be my main I expect, got a nice 18 hit, 40% damage combo down with her. Aquaman is insanely good and Green Arrow will get alot of use online. Battles mode and StarLabs are gonna eat up a lot of people's time. Battles mode is this games Arcade ladder but there's lots of ladders to choose from including Heroes only, villains only and more to unlock including Poisened ladder.
NetherRealm studios should be very proud.

who all did you play the game with slick and what are your opinion on the characters you tried.

Played it with everyone really. Was pissed on Gin the first night lol but on Sunday gave it a proper good go. Got to level 32 in just 4 hours.
The game itself is very accessable to newcomers but really deep as shown just from the moves list menu.
Catwoman is totally boss and will be my main fo sho. Really sick combo opportunities and she just looks spectacular clawing and jumping around the screen. Her trait is a combo finisher and is the move we've seen in trailers when she slams opponent to the floor then backflips them away.
Aquaman seems O.P right now but I'm still learning. Didn't work out his trait.... he just seems to get wet O_o
Nightwings combos are insane and will be a fun character to learn.
Killer Frost is excellent and for a character without the largest fan base they've obviously worked hard to make her interesting. Her trait is will get a lot of abuse, basically she charges up a meter and freezes her opponents with each punch. Videos of Harley do not do her Justice, she constantly peppers you with Bullets but have to admit her gamble trait is a little annoying.
The Star Lab missions and Battle modes are where most of the single play fun will be had as the story is very short. Obviously didn't get to try the online portion of the game.
Really having withdrawal symptoms now as my mates taken it home to review.
Hopefully we'll get it in work tomorrow or Wednesday.
