I've really enjoyed Injustice (I still am enjoying actually!) and due to it's success I'm happily assuming that a sequel is inevitable (personally my hope is for a new Mortal Kombat then a new Injustice) and I've been wondering what people would like to see? For myself I'd like
-Stage Specific Super Moves-
Each character could have a different Super Move for each different stage. Seeing Superman punching someone into the atmosphere and smashing them back down to the ground it is very cool but not when the fight is taking place in outerspace! Obviously they should all do the same amount of damage and connect in the same way, just change the animation so something different is going on.
-Character/Stage Specific Intro/Win Animations-
Each character could interact with who they are fighting differently depending on where they are fighting, ie Batman fighting Joker in Arkham Asylum he could say something like "You're going nowhere Joker get back to your cell!" Batman fighting Joker in Metropolis "What are you doing in Metropolis I'm taking you back to Gotham" etc etc
-Alternate Characters As Skins-
Fighting games get so many characters! Personally I'd rather 25 well thought out characters over 50 half thought out characters, the problem with using DC characters is that there are so many great ones I want more and more added! I'm not just suggesting using Supergirl as an alternate skin for Superman or Robin for Batman (though I totally want that!) I'm more thinking something like Poison Ivy as a skin for Killer Frost, have her special moves the same but change the animations to suit Poison Ivy (ie vines shooting from the ground during "Iceburg" rather than ice) it could be a way to get in more characters without upsetting the games balance. (I also think that Mera as a skin for Sinestro would be awesome!)
-New Character Type-
Along with, Power, Acrobatic and Gadget they could have Force, Green Lantern uses his power ring, Zatanna her magic etc
Anyway they are just some of my thoughts what do other people think?
