If there's even going to be room on the roster for more than two Lanterns in the game (GL and Sinestro), the only one that'd make sense for a fighting game is Atrocitus, he's the only one with a unique attack with his burning vomit.

This. I'd also be fine with Hal and Sinestro, but Atrocitus would be killer.

I feel NRS could do a fantastic job on Larfleeze! And a Star Sapphire could be different enough if she utilizes the violet shard type constructs. Indigo Lanterns also could be quite unique themselves.

However, Blue Lanterns, I don't feel could amount to more than knock offs of Green Lanterns.

The point is really moot, considering its highly unlikely they would include anymore than Green Lantern and Sinestro, like you said. Atrocitus would be the only exception, but I feel like his chances are much better as a 'fan-demanded DLC' inclusion'.

Personally I think we should get Hal and Sinestro, maybe even Killawog...we don't want to many Ring characters, but hey the'res allways Alt costumes?

Agent Orange would be amazing, aka Larfleeze. He's my absolute favorite out of all the corps. You could be very unique with him too, as he could use not just constructs but the 'members' of his corps.

Only I can almost guarantee you we will be bombarded with Batman characters.

I dunno...I expect four Bat-characters at the most. Bruce, Harley, and probably Joker and either Catwoman or Nightwing. I'd prefer the latter, but the former was already in vsDCU and would add another female to the roster... Anyway, since each one has a different style of attacking, that works fine.
But all Lanterns pretty much do the same thing, just in different shapes and colors, with the exception of Reds puking...and Blues only being able to attack when a Green is around, which pretty much bars them from being in a fighting game.
I suppose in both Bat and Lantern cases, there's always DLC. Just gotta drown out the weirdos who want freaking Azrael...
Incidentally, I'd like to mention that Human Sektor and Cyrax having different voice clips from Robot Sektor and Cyrax demonstrates how easily they could release Guy, John, or Kyle as a re-skin of Hal. Hell, they could even change the way the constructs look, as long as they had the same effect and roughly similar shaped hitboxes. i.e. Hal could slam a brick wall into you, whereas Kyle doing the same move could make a battering ram of equivalent size and shape, or an anime mech doing a shoulder rush, something like that appropriate to his character. But that may be too ambitious a wish from the company that didn't even give its last DLC alt costumes, Nekropolis arches, or most importantly, speech...

Actually I think Poison Ivy does deserve a roster spot on this specific game, being background interactions are the main recipe. I do though think that she and 1 other Bat-Kharacter would fit a perfect DLC spot, and that's between Killer Croc, Scarecrow, and Clayface (even though I'm not a fan of him).

I also don't see Swamp Thing taking her spot, whereas I think he also deserves one. He's totally different and somewhat opposite of her in most aspects.

2. Scarecrow (IMO if I had to pick an extra - plus he has also been involved with the Sinestro/Black Lantern Corps stories, so there's another good fit/reason I havn't seen yet; and has been part of the Injustice League)

As for the Power Ring Corps:

1. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan - yeah a lot of people want different ones, yet he's the one their making the $ off of, it wouldn't be right to all of a sudden confuse the one's that don't know beyond the movies, it's true you gotta look at it from 3 perspectives: movies, video games, and the actual comics)
2. Sinestro - most well known villain of Green Lantern

DLC 2 characters:

2. Star Sapphire

Bleez would be a great red lantern to have in the game.

Thats only 6 spots for Corps people. I'm sure we will be forced into having at LEAST that many Bats people. And probably only 2 Wonder People. I want Wonder Woman Cheetah Circe and Hades would be cool. Sups we will get Superman and Lex and I'm hoping for at least 1-2 more. Flash and Captain Cold and Gorilla Grodd maybe Mirror Master. Hawkgirl and Shade, Aquaman and Black Manta, Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Black Canary...and with that many I"m already over the roster list they would probably have.

During Blackest Night, Batman was "dead". The only Bat-Lantern in that story was the Batman clone becoming a Black Lantern.

The Sinestro Corps. Batman was a one-page thing in a different story that wasn't even replicated correctly in figures/games.

Yeah, the Sinestro Corps outfit that Batman actually wore in the comics was their training duds, which are blue like Sinestro's silver age costume.

He's never actually worn the yellow one that they made into action figures and Arkham City DLC.
