Red Hood Joker Patch Fix?

I've been seein' 'round the net that they just hotpatched Injustice, and one of the fixes was for Joker's Red Hood costume. What precisely was the problem, if anyone knows? I'm not seeing anyone mention any reason why it needed a fix.

If I'm not mistaken, it just wasn't accessible after purchase. Nothing gameplay wise.

No, it was gameplay wise. It didn't have the buffs that Joker received during the patch, but it does now.

When I first played as him, the hood took damage. Now it doesn't. Maybe it wasn't damage after all ;)
