I pre-ordered mine from their website and haven't gotten a DLC e-mail yet. Just the one confirming that they'd shipped the game.

I'm in the same boat. I got it shipped to my house today, but no dlc. Were we supposed to receive it via email? I'll update if I hear anything.

I got the receipt with the code, but when I input it, I got an error that said "This code may no longer be valid, or has already been activated."

I went directly to the PSN store only to receive an error that said the store was down for maintenance. So I assumed that's why I can't download it. Anyone else had this problem?

I emailed them and they said wait 48 hours after getting the game and if you don't get a email call them, I guess we'll have to play the waiting game

Yeah I actually place 2 separate order through their website and didn't receive any codes. I actually just finished emailing them about it. Their website says it should show up in your order history which is BS, mine aren't showing up.

I thought it was strange this morning that i didn't get an email from them with it. When I've placed orders through EBGames/Gamestop in the past, I've gotten an email with the pre-order bonus content no later than 8 am on the release date of game. definitely email them about it.

I got the code on my receipt and was able to get the skins. I like the Superman one a lot! You all still having problems cus I was able to get them last night...

I've had the same problem with the store with Arkham City lol if it wasn't for the Red Son DLC I wouldn't have got it from Gamestop lol

anyone else get way more then they thought they were getting when they picked the game up ? I thought eb gamestop was only getting the red son dlc but mine came with the red son zombie mode and arkham skins.
