As riddles go, this is hardly a brain bender. The answer is: yes.

No of course not. I've always hated the Riddler. I think he's really really boring and totally out of place in a fighting game. I mean... try to imagine his move set. It's almost impossible to come up with something good for him.

And the Joker... well... he'll be in the game for sure ( http://i.ytimg.com/vi/5hddDfLSBtQ/0.jpg ). But I'd prefer him to be a DLC character, as we've already got Harley. Another goofy gadget character would be kinda boring.

You should play Arkham Asylum/City then ask the ? again. It's beyond obvious that he can't fight or use any powers what so ever; he's pointless/waste.

Joker is obvious to be included, he's been hinted at more than any other character.

The Joker is a no-brainer and The Riddler is just a no-wanker.

There are enough proofs for The Joker to be in and there are too many Batman characters for The Riddler to get in, simple as that.

I'd definitely prefer the Joker to be in as a DLC character at most. I'd much rather see Bane in the game than the Joker.
