I just got Sinestro Corp. Hal through winning a ranked match playing as Sinestro. I fought a guy playing GL. Don't know how I did it, but I'm sure it's being Sinestro or beating Hal in ranked. Not sure.

I just read on another forum that Yellow Lantern Hal unlock by winning a ranked match. Doesn't matter who you use.

Kind of sucks because I haven't won a single ranked match out of 10 games so far. Most players are either spamming the character specific button or just simple better than me.

On a side note, is it know yet, what the unlock is for getting 3 stars on all Starlab missions?

The final unlock with all 3 stars is Elseworld's Finest Flash.... I'm a little disappointed in that...

Only things we get from Star Labs is Flash's Scuba suit (3 stars on EVERY missions) and Shazam's New 52 outfit (3 stars on all his missions).

Winning a ranked match would be playing online correct? I'm kinda dumb when it comes to that stuff cus I have never played online before. I wonder if there is another way to get the Sinestro Corp costume?

Yeah one of my friends confirms you must win an online RANKED match to get Yellow Lantern Hal.

Might be hard for me since so far I have not won in a ranked game since when I do..I get wasted in like 12 seconds lol

Quick dumb question, are ranked matches supposed to pair you with someone around your own level?

There are, but there are also a lot of cheap players just spamming the character specific button and then rage quitting as well. I played against someone who was using Superman and they had a record of 33/69 with some 20+ disconnects. I thought he might rage quit if I won before the match even started. Just as I was getting the upper-hand (just barely knocked only half of his first bar off) he quit.

Also while the network connection seems to have improved over MK9, there is still input lag if your not host, which is BS IMO, especially for ranked matches.

Out of the dozen or so ranked matches I struggled through to get my first win, I only came across one decent payer. Who was neither overly better than me, and actually a good sport about the whole match (not abusive and spamming moves).

I think you gotta get up to Level 30 to unlock New 52 Nightwing.
