Why havent we gotten HQ renders yet?

Pretty much every game on the planet that has multiple playable/important characters has official character art or renders released shortly after the character's confirmation.

Injustice has not only had an initial roster reveal, but two additional ones (with a third one on the way). Why haven't there been official, high-quality character renders yet? All we've gotten is some obscured, group renders when the website first went up, and screenshots.

This reminds me of MK2011's weird sporadic render reveals.

Not to shoot you, or anyone that likes renders, down. but why are you getting so worked up over renders? I'm not trying to offend.... But why?

I'd expect to see them at some point. Warner. The foremost reasons for a fan to wait for renders are probably to get to make or see new fan art, inspect the costumes more closely and quench their game news thirst.

Poison Ivy, Swamp Thing, Zatanna, and Aquaman's could really make awsome backgrounds for your desktop :)

If Ivy makes the roster, I'd like a Gotham Sirens pic!!!

Probably the fact that EVERYTHING needs to be approved by DC is what slowing them down. Had this been their IP or a new MK game, you would have gotten a lot.

I wouldn't say I'm getting worked up... more curious as to why they aren't around yet.

Renders allow us to see character design in detail, and plus I submit content to a fighting game database that is sorely missing images for some of these characters (random pics of the character aren't accepted).

Although not everyone is interested in renders, I feel it's a logical fallacy for it to be a point of contention. Renders can only help a game, not hinder it. The lack of them cannot help at all, either.

NRS has never been good with releasing renders. I think there are some MK characters that have yet to have their renders released
