Why is Scorpion still blacked out?!?!?!?!

I've purchased the Red Son 2 and downloaded the compat pack with containment suit Doomsday. He's still blacked out. What the hell am I supposed to do?

If you don't have the season pass you couldn't have access to him. Today is the official day he becomes available for purchase on PS Store / XBL Marketplace.

I lost all my game save data(except for achievements)so atleast that didn't happen. I downloaded those Red Son 2 skins and Scorpion early and it really cost me. The costumes finally reappeared yesterday lol
My suggestion is delete Scorpion, then download him again.
