Let's see....

Baraka is very ferocious and has long razor-sharp blades.

Reptile fights in a more organized, ninja style way and has acid saliva, a chameleon tongue, and invisibility.

I'd say Reptile would win. Being camouflaged and using his superior fighting skills, he would win, I think.

Let's see, is it Reptile now or Reptile back in the day? I know that old Reptile could fight with skill and grace as he still had a functioning brain. Reptile now though is a drooling animal (Though his role in Armagedon seems to indicate otherwise.), actually dumber than Baraka. Of course, even new Reptile knows Hung Gar, Crab, and whatever it is that he has in Armagedon (Not a fan of it and I'm mad that he doesn't have Crab in Armagedon so I never tried to remember the new style's name.) and how to properly wield a sword whereas Baraka's attack plan has always been swinging his blades around as fast as he can.

I know that the old Reptile would DEFINATELY be able to outwit and eventually beat Baraka while a fight with new Reptile might be more interesting as the two would be hitting each other more often. Despite his loss of brain power though, I'm still gonna say that stupid Reptile would still win as he still has fighting prowess and Baraka, in my opinion, has always been Mortal Kombat's resident jobber. Of course, what Baraka lacks in grace he makes up for in tenacity so whether he's evolved or not, it won't be an easy fight for Reptile.

Baraka would probably be able to smell Reptile if he became invisible. In Mileena's ending, they make it clear that her nose is not as keen as a true Tarkatans', and was eviscerated (although that's probably not a canon ending, we can still assume his sense of smell is king).

As for who would win, I don't know for sure, but I'd probably say Reptile would win anyways. Baraka is, I assume, a decent fighter, but in the end, I think Reptile would overcome him just by tiring him out somehow.

tough choice but reptile cuz in the movies reptile was very skilled and put a match for liu kang, baraka is not very skilled and was no match for liu kang in the movie. reptile would win

Does Onaga count because if not your wrong he pretends to fight imaganary peple how is that more advanced now if the Baraka was one of reptiles imaginary freinds then he might have a chance seeing as he can control his imaganation so I think baraka has my vote.

simply baraka is an unorganized and unbalanced fighter with a slow attack ratio. reptile fights on the spot, very balanced and is more dangerous. reptile for sure would win

yeah reptile is also a brutal character in the game, baraka just comes off as a very scary character but he is slow and very, very unbalanced, his fighting style is not dangerous and to use his blades he has to walk over to his opponant and slice them, to where reptile can be far away and spit acid and hit his opponant, might miss sometimes but still leaves a better advantage over baraka
