After you wait till it plays in slow motion it goes regualr speed and its pretty good for a beginner. My only problem with this is the background.

I got it off of MKWarehouse as an arena background.

Not bad for a beginner, but holy crap is it slow. I didn't like the fact that the "end" didn't have much pay off. Sure, Shang gets his rear handed to him, but it just seemed like all of the stuff between the first and final blow could've been skipped with that kind of ending. Also, he only changed to Reptile once, and for only performing a Force Ball that didn't fulfil the suspense it had for keeping it in play for so long. I'd also like to go along with the fact that this thing took ages to load. Surely there's a way you could make it so that the file size isn't so huge. Speaking of size, why are the sprites so tiny compared to the background?

It loads so slow because in Pivot, in all my projects, I always have the canvas (Idk what to call it) to 1135x835 (Idk what units) and i didn't resize it. And the sprites are so small compared to the background is because I like a lot of space so i keep the sprites at there initial size from which they appear in Pivot (Which is always 100) and each time I load in a new sprite, i have to resize, which is a pain. And I only used reptile 4 the forceball and nothing else is because i got lazy =)

Everything I would have said has been said already:

Character size in relation to the background?
Good for a beginner.
Works fine after you wait for it to load one way through.
Not enough Reptile.

Actually, I thought that was really, really good and I enjoyed every second of it. I didn't really like that when Shang Tsung is uppercutted into the second ice clone thing that he is frozen upside down instead of how her was uppercutted. I thought it was entertaining to watch the forceball go by without interrupting anything until later. I didn't like when Sub-Zero pulled out another Sub-Zero. Overall, it was entertaining and I didn't see anything majorly flawed: 4/5.

Next time, make another thread for it, as I was wondering why someone would bump this, especially since the original animation for the thread is gone..
Once again, this thing took ages to load, and while it did, the screen seemed to flash white, then show the next image. I'm on a Mac now, so maybe that's common, but I thought I'd have a seizure waiting for it to load.
Also, the Teleport was horribly executed, the Fireball (or black/transparent puff) looked lame, the hits were not fluid...
You said last time you use Pivot, right? If that is the kind of animation that is possible with Pivot, then please use another program, preferably one that the other animators on the site use.

What programs do other people use? I need 1 that's free and doesnt require a lot of downloading Ohh yeah and sorry this one kinda sucks because i haven't used Pivot in like months and i got lazy

try Liveswif, you can get it here, you dont have to join the forum, just scroll down a bit

NOTE: this is the direct link to the download page, which is in a thread. so you dont need a site map, there are also some tutorials here in the threads to help you get acquainted with liveswif

Note2:Liveswif uses AS1, and i dont know if pivot does too
